Below is a small segment featuring Clay Fulton, technical coordinator at Carnegie Mellon.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Better distribution of IT services and project visibility were the driving factors behind Carnegie Mellon University (Pa.) switching from a homegrown solution to the TeamDynamixHE offering. &#8216;Our system was lacking in terms of collaborating and providing information in a timely fashion,&#8217; says Clay Fulton, technical coordinator in Carnegie Mellon\u2019s Planning and Project Management Office. Fulton believes that managers needed a better way to track open tasks and communicate project status to their teams.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.universitybusiness.com\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-35\" title=\"UBLogo_gray_burgundy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.wilsonpr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/UBLogo_gray_burgundy-300x105.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"105\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wilsonpr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/UBLogo_gray_burgundy-300x105.gif 300w, https:\/\/www.wilsonpr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/UBLogo_gray_burgundy.gif 334w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The department has been able to eliminate regular &#8216;coordinator for the day meetings&#8217; during which all the managers would present their open projects and receive feedback.
